An early interaction with students when he joined one amongst top three IT education careers organisation revealed Himanshu’s true calling—education. With over 25 years of experience counselling thousands of students through scientific, personalised counselling, profile development, and strategic admissions guidance, Select20 supports ambitious students in navigating competitive Indian and international university admissions — securing opportunities at leading institutions worldwide.
An accomplished senior business leader with 35+ years of professional experience, including 25+ years in C-suite and leadership roles, Himanshu has built and scaled organisations across EdTech, Test Prep, Skilling, and International Staffing. His deep industry insight and people-first philosophy form the foundation of everything Select20 does.
Dr. Itishree Misra is a distinguished psychologist and career counselling expert with over three decades of experience in student guidance, psychometric assessment, and education development.
She has taught postgraduate students at the University of Delhi (South Campus) and has been actively involved in shaping career pathways for young individuals across India. Over the course of her career, she has counselled more than one lakh students across schools nationwide, helping them make informed and future-ready career decisions.
Dr. Misra has played a pioneering role in the development of scientific career counselling frameworks, including designing and deploying multiple psychometric assessments for career guidance, recruitment, selection, and performance appraisal systems.

In today's digital age, many businesses find that they do not need a physical office for several reasons:
- Reduced overhead: no rent, utilities, or property maintenance.
- Lower operational costs: no office supplies, furniture, or commuting expenses.
Since we do not incur such heavy costs, we pass on the benefit to you in the form of ZERO UPFRONT FEES and lower fees at each milestone.
- We use tools like Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom for seamless one-on-one personalised counselling sessions.
However, we will be more than happy to meet you in person at a mutually agreed location — a business centre or a café.
No, admission to the university of your choice cannot be guaranteed. The admission process is competitive and depends on various factors including your academic record, test scores, personal statement, letters of recommendation, and extracurricular activities. Each university has its own criteria and selection process, and meeting the minimum requirements does not ensure acceptance.
While Select20 consulting services can help you present a strong application, we cannot guarantee admission to any university. The outcome depends on the strength of your application relative to other applicants and the specific criteria of the university.
Select20, based on its years of experience, is confident that you will get admit offers from various universities. However, in an extreme scenario wherein you do not get any admit offer, 100% of the fee paid by you will be refunded.
The caveat to this rule is that:
- You must abide by all guidelines and directions given by Select20 representatives and meet all deadlines for various tasks and documentation.
- You will not be entitled to a refund if the documents submitted are found to be forged and/or incomplete.
- You will not be entitled to a refund if you have availed the services but are not willing to apply for the study abroad course.
In case there has been a default on any step from your end, the 100% refund will not be applicable.
We typically suggest a mix of dream, target, and safety schools based on the student's academic record, test scores, and career goals. This strategy ensures that the student gets admit offers from most of the universities they have applied to.
We are Select20. We counsel and consult only 20 students per academic session. This itself ensures that we give 100% attention to each student — resulting in a 100% success rate in getting students admitted to their chosen universities, depending upon their profile.
