- Is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Is non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member.
- Cannot be exchanged, reassigned, or resold to any other individual.

The validity of Select20 Career Success Pass benefits shall be applicable only for one year duration effective from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated by Select20.
Benefits not utilized within the validity period may lapse automatically.

Select20 reserves the right to:
- Modify, revise, discontinue, replace, or restructure any Career Success Pass benefit, partner offering, process, or feature at its sole discretion without prior notice.
- Change partner institutions, coaching partners, platforms, or service structures as and when required.
Any such modifications shall not constitute grounds for refund or dispute.

Select20 acts primarily as a career guidance, advisory, facilitation, and support platform.
Select20 shall not be held liable for:
- Admission decisions by universities/institutions
- Scholarship outcomes
- Examination scores
- Visa approvals/rejections
- Placement outcomes
- Career outcomes
- Decisions taken by third-party institutions or partners
All admissions, enrolments, and related decisions remain subject to the policies and discretion of respective institutions and organizations.

Members are responsible for ensuring that all information, documents, and details shared with Select20 are accurate and authentic.
Select20 reserves the right to suspend or terminate benefits in case of:
- Misrepresentation
- Fraudulent information
- Misuse of Career Success Pass benefits

All content, assessments, reports, materials, tools, branding, and resources associated with Select20 Career Success Pass remain the intellectual property of Select20 and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without prior written consent.

In case of any dispute, interpretation issue, or exceptional circumstance, the decision of Select20 management shall be final and binding on all members.
